Tach-It Integrates Live Chat Feature

We are continually seeking new ways to make it easier for our customers and interested parties to communicate with us. Whether for general questions, product inquiries, or other technical support, visitors on our website can now utilize our Live Chat feature to immediately connect with one of our representatives.


How it works

You’re on the Tach-It website and you have a question… You no longer have to wait longer than a minute for a response!  During our operating hours, a Tach-It representative is available to take your questions right away, without even picking up a phone. Here’s how it works:

  • Navigate to any page on our website
  • Click on the blue “Contact us” button at the bottom right side of the screen
  • Enter your information and click Send Chat Request
  • You will then be automatically connected to a live representative. If a representative is unavailable your information will be stored and we will contact you ASAP


What you need to know

  • We are available on our Live Chat during normal business hours from 9am to 5pm Eastern, Monday through Friday
  • During our business hours a representative is always available to provide immediate chat assistance
  • We are able to share PDF files and other support documents for our customers through our chat
  • When we are off hours our chat form welcomes you to leave a response and we will contact you the following business day
