The Tach-It Mini-Con L-FB automated label applicator applies a wafer seal or label from the side to the top of a box creating a tamper-evident closure. Unique to the Tach-It Mini-Con L-FB is the ability to apply a label to both the leading edge (front end) and trailing edge (rear end) of a package simultaneously. Able to be fully integrated into a production line or used as a stand alone unit, the Mini-Con L-FB has many applications including; pharmaceutical, medical, cannabis, vitamin, supplements, food service retail and anywhere an L-Clip tamper-evident seal needs to be applied. Using wafer sales and labels that are up to 1 1/2 inch in diameter for round labels or 1 1/2 inch x 1 1/2 inch for square or rectangular labels, the Mini-Con L-FB is easy to setup and requires no special tools or operator training. Advantages of the Mini-Con L-FB are they only require standard 110 volt power, has 2 variable speed conveyors for full control of the label application process and can be mounted to the MCS-L stand for full portability. Using the tried and proven Tach-It MCU label application assembly, the Mini-Con L-FB is designed and proven for many years of reliable service.
