Wow, 40 years.
Joe Youngblood has worked for Ben Clements & Sons since his graduation from high school in 1982. He is a valued coworker who has become family over the years. Many of you have spoken to Joe who is our Technical Service & Warehouse Manager. Joe has knowledge of all our products, the service / maintenance for our equipment and has been a big part of our growth over the last 40 years.
38 years is also a very long time to be at the same company. Arlene Peconio has managed our accounting department and been our Office Manager for the last couple of decades. Arlene is very knowledgeable and goes out of her way to help every client with any situation whether it is accounting related or not. Arlene’s bright smile and friendliness makes everyone feel welcome and helps create that family feeling we strive for.
At Ben Clements and Sons, Inc. We’ve always tried to instill a family-oriented attitude with all our employees. We are proud to have such long-term people as our coworkers, family members and friends. I believe 38 to 40 years working day after day together says something about a company and about the people involved. A big part of our success has been our long-term employees that we have been blessed with.
Many family companies struggle due to conflict within the family and I’m not going to deny that, at times, we have had these conflicts. But over the years, we have all worked together, worked hard, and have gained significant opportunities and successes. It is this family-oriented mentality that we want to bring not only within our own organization, but also to our clients and customers.
