We offer many pieces of equipment that can be utilized in your packing areas to streamline the process and get your orders out the door quickly. Below are a few examples used in these applications:
H12CP-SS – Tape Gun Dispenser
Made by Siat of Italy, internationally recognized and highly regarded, the H12CP-SS is equivalent to the H-180. Having all the same features as the H-180, including natural rubber roller, hardened all steel heavy gauge blade, heavy duty frame, and a great reputation for durability, the H12CP-SS has an adjustable tension brake and our patented safety shield.
SL-1 – Tape Dispenser
This small, manual, bench top, definite length tape dispenser accepts most tapes up to 1 inch wide with a maximum roll diameter of 5½ inch. A simple push on the smooth action lever will deliver up to 4 inch piece of tape. Longer lengths of tape can be achieved by multiple pushes of the lever. To change tape lengths, just loosen the thumb screw holding the lever, move the lever to the desired position, and retighten the thumb screw. Cutting of the tape is done as the operator removes the tape from the machine.
PDL8 – Label Dispenser
Tach-It PDL-8 fits labels up to 8 1/2 inch wide, Mechanical Bench Top Label Dispenser is constructed of all steel for years of long use. These dispensers can handle large rolls of labels up to 7 inch in diameter and core size is not applicable due to our unique cradle design that holds the label securely and separately. Able to be used for single or multiple rolls, the PDL-8 comes with 3 label separators and additional separators can be ordered as needed.
KL-150 – Label Dispenser Machine
The KL-150 automatic label dispenser for pressure-sensitive labels, can dispens labels up to 6 inch wide. It is ideal for all types of roll or fan-folded labels. An economical alternative to our SH-404TR and SH-414D premium label dispensers, the KL-150 utilizes photo-sensor reliability so that there are no micro-switches or hair triggers to adjust. Additional features include digital cycle counter, large roll capabilities, industrial construction, high speed operation, and a rewind system for the label liner. Having the ability to dispense all types of opaque die-cut and butt-cut labels, the KL-150 requires no tools for label changeover or size adjustments and no operator training is required.
